Punch Your Way to Wellness!
Work-out, attend a class or bring a friend for FREE from January 15 through February 25 and you will earn one punch for every time you come work out. The Dow Rummel Wellness Center offers a fully staffed wellness and aquatics center, full size pool, therapy pool, cardio equipment, strength room, land and water exercise classes, neurofit and wellness seminars!
