Darla and Tracey were recently singled out by the Sioux Falls Business and Professional Women for their excellent work and leadership here at Dow Rummel and in the community.
Our CEO Darla Van Rosendale was given the Women of Achievement Award for her leadership of the senior adult living center, as well as her volunteer involvement with several professional and nonprofit organizations in Sioux Falls and Minnehaha County.

Prior to becoming CEO in 2004, Darla was Chief Financial Officer here for 6 and half years.

Tracey Hughes, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, was recognized by BPW as Employee of the Year. Tracey was named to the newly-created position earlier this year.

Before that, she was Director of the Wellness and Activity Program here at Dow Rummel Village.
