We have a part-time position (16-20 hours weekly) created to both assist the
Director of Fund Development and the Business Office in coordinating
development & accounting initiatives at Dow Rummel Village. This is an
excellent opportunity for the right mission driven person to grow

Responsibilities:
.. Responsible for supporting and maintaining all stewardship practices in
the department.
.. Assist in the research of donors or prospective donors, identification of
prospective donors and management of these
individuals in donor database.
.. Manage the direct mail program to include planning, design segmentation,
coordination, execution and analysis of
results.
.. Provide back-up processing and acknowledgement of all donations,
applicable data entry and management of donor
database.
.. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all donations received.
.. Support the efforts of the agency communications plan in all
communications and relations with donors.
.. Provides back-up processing of data provided by the CFO and the Business
Office on an as-needed and as-available basis.

.. Excellent writing and communication skills required.
.. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
.. Ability to work independently and within a team.
.. Ability to think critically and analytically.
.. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
.. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Internet
environment.
.. Basic knowledge of accounting.
.. Past basic business administrative and/or development experience of 2 or
more years.
